1. Avoid
processed junk/fast
food: - Junk food consumption is incredibly
unhealthy for our body. These foods have been engineered to trigger our
pleasure centers so they trick our brain into overeating – even promoting food addiction in
some people, unhealthy
diet, overweight
etc.

Get enough sleep:
- Sleeping is the most important task in our life and it cannot be overstated.
Sound sleep makes our mind and body relax from all disorders. Poor sleep can drive
insulin
resistance disrupt our hormones and reduces our physical and mental performance.
It is not recommended
oversleeping.
3. Eats
vegetables,
fruits and water: - Studies show that people who
eat the most vegetable and fruits live longer and have a lower risk of heart disease, diabetes etc.
Consumption of appropriate amount of water reduces the toxic waste from our body
metabolism.
4. Do
some exercise:
- Doing aerobic exercise also called cardio is one of the best things you can do
for your mental
and physical health. Running and weight- lifting strengthen muscles and reduces the
fat.
5. Take
care of your relationship:
- Social relationships are incredibly important not only for your mental well
being but also your physical health. Studies show that people who have close
friends and family are healthier and
live much
longer than those who do not.
6. Limited
consumption of alcoholic
drinks: - Depending upon gender and age
alcoholic drinks consumption rate should be maintain in moderate.
